After the Auction - Selling

Making Contact
If the auction reaches the reserve price, the seller will be sent an e-mail informing him that the item has been sold.  This will include the contact details of the buyer, the preferred language of the buyer, the preferred payment method, and the preferred method of pickup/delivery.
In the seller’s My UrSouq, the listing will appear in My Sold Items and he/she will be able to contact the buyer from there.  The seller should click on email to contact the buyer.  The seller should contact the buyer as soon as possible, sending his/her contact telephone numbers.
The seller and buyer should arrange payment and pickup or delivery. the seller may use another person as an agent to deliver the item.  The buyer, or another person acting for him, should ensure that he/she has examined the item and is satisfied with it before paying the seller or his/her agent.
Problems Completing the Sale
If you are having problems making contact with the buyer and they do not respond to your e-mails, send several e-mails over the next few days.
Problems Receiving E-mails
If you have problems receiving mail from other members or from UrSouq it may be because your junk filter is diverting mail to junk.
If you have not heard from your buyer or seller please check your junk mail carefully.
Ensure that you add the UrSouq e-mail address to your contacts list. Mail from us will be sent from this address: mail@www.ursouq.com.
If you have been unable to make contact within a week, or, if you have made contact, but the buyer is refusing to complete the sale, please post feedback. Traders who frequently refuse to complete transactions will have their membership suspended or terminated.
Sellers may then relist the item again on the site.
The Auction did not Reach the Reserve Price
If the auction doesn’t reach the reserve price, the seller may relist the item and run a new auction, perhaps using more promotional tools and/or reducing the reserve price.
Or the seller can offer his/her item to the members who were bidding for it, to those who had asked questions about it, and to those who had added the listing to their Shopping List, for a fixed price below the reserve price.
Fixed Price Offers
If the auction did not reach the reserve price by the close time, sellers can offer the item for a fixed price to their bidders, to those who had asked questions about the item, and to those who had added the item to their shopping list.
To make a fixed price offer, from My UrSouq, My Unsold Items, find your listing and click Fixed Price Offer. Fill in your offer price. Your offer will be displayed in the My Shopping List of all your bidders, of anyone who had asked you questions, and of other members who had added your item to their shopping list.
Placing Feedback
We ask all buyers and sellers to give us feedback about the members they traded with. Other members can view this feedback to help them to assess whether a member is a reliable trader. UrSouq Help.
We do not refund listing fees, but if your buyer backs out of a sale after the auction closes you may be able to get a refund of your success fees. To be eligible for a refund your auction must have closed above the reserve price, or your item was sold for a buy now price, or your fixed price offer was accepted, but you are unable to contact the buyer, or they are refusing to complete the sale.
You must request a refund within four weeks of your auction closing. E-mail us on explaining what happened. We will contact the buyer and ask him/her to explain what happened from their point of view. We will then decide whether you are eligible for a refund. UrSouq’s decision is final.
We will not refund success fees if the sale did not proceed because your description of the item was misleading, or if you have backed out of the sale yourself.
If a refund is granted a record of this will be kept on your, and your buyer’s, feedback record.  If granted the refund will be credited to your UrSouq account.
